Education

From the age of 5, she attended the piano at the Basic Art School in Domažlice with her teacher Alena Svobodová. After she started singing with Lucie Bínová and playing the bagpipes with Vlastimil Konrád. She's studying classical singing at the Jan Deyl Conservatory with Professor Daniela Štěpánová. She entered the University of Education at Charles University, where she's studying music education and choral conducting.

Achievements

In 2015, she won 1st place in the national competition in bagpipes and in 2018, together with Jiří Pavlíček, she won 1st place in chamber bagpipes. In 2018 she won the 1st prize in the regional round in solo singing in the ZUŠ competition and the 1st prize in the Prague Singer competition. In 2021 she won the 1st prize in the online competition Prague Singer and the Voice of the Czech Republic, Moravia and Silesia.

Current activities

She attended a folklore ensemble - Chasnická dudácká muzika Domažlice, where she first danced and then played the bagpipes at age of 6. A few years later, she began attending the Rainbow Choir, led by Jitka Svobodová. She's a part of the Osminka ensemble and Mateník Praha folk ensemble. She repeatedly participates in the weekly opera courses of Maestro Antoni Carangelo. In 2021 she completed renaissance and Baroque courses in Valtice.
